How do I ship my device to you?
Pack your device securely in a padded box and ship to our lab address. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. Visit our Repair page to start the process.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are diagnosed within 1-2 business days of arrival. Once you approve the estimate, repairs typically take 2-4 additional business days depending on complexity.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Data recovery cases are assessed individually.
What if you cannot fix my device?
We operate on a strict no fix, no fee policy. If we cannot repair your device, you pay nothing for labor. Return shipping fees may apply.
